customizing a dunny

i would like to customize a duplicate dunny, how should i do this?

what primer should i use? and which paint is the best for vinyl? also are there any store in the metro that carries sharpie, or any similar colored markers?

best paint? try anything that you are comfortable using, you have the option to use spraypaint , air brush or acrylics, for acrylics acaemy is the best brand
